Cancellation window

After 24 hours

After the 24-hour cancellation window, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where a refund, replacement or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the payment method/provider used for the order. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Damaged or incorrect item

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order ID and supporting photos/videos so we can review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
